Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time. Our products ship from fulfillment partners in the US and overseas. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days for items shipped from US warehouses and 7-15 business days for items shipped internationally. The expected delivery time is shown on each product page. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost.

Shipping rates. Most items ship free, with shipping already included in the price. Any other items are charged by order weight: up to 1 lb $5.99; 1-3 lb $8.99; 3-6 lb $12.99; 6-10 lb $16.99; 10-20 lb $22.99; 20-50 lb $34.99. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email support@cozadcommerce.com and we'll look into it.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office and allow 2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still doesn't turn up, email us and we'll work with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.
