How much is shipping?
Most items ship free within the United States. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most US-warehouse items arrive in 3–7 business days; some items ship from overseas warehouses and can take 7–15 business days. The estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Some orders arrive in more than one package.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused items in original packaging. Email support@cozadcommerce.com with your order number to start a return — please don't send items back without contacting us first.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We ship to US addresses only.
